I've been through 3 [link widoczny dla zalogowanych]s (they all eventually broke) and decided to try the ghd 1.5" flat iron. I was not disappointed. It heats up quickly and smooths my hair out well. Like: offers my hair body. Lightweight. Dislike: It does not really render a curl to the ends of my hair.

I have permed my hair for many years, but almost a year ago, I began to get my hair braided. I decided that I needed a really good flat iron to cope with my hair....and MAN this is the best $89 I have ever spent. My hair has bounce! It has shine. It feels healthy...without a chemical. If you are on the fence about this product, jump over the fence ladies! If I could get my hair straighened with this thing...ANYONE CAN!
